A Moffett (vehicle mounted lift truck) is a compact forklift that piggybacks on the rear of a delivery lorry. When the driver arrives at a delivery point, the Moffett is dismounted from the vehicle and used to unload goods directly — eliminating the need for a separate forklift at the delivery site.
